We are pleased to welcome you to Yeah Education a product line of Yeah Education PTY LTD – Australian Company.

This document defines the Terms of Service – On-Site, it also complements the privacy policy.

By using the service, you express your consent, understand and accept the Terms of Service – Face to Face. If you disagree with these terms please refrain from using the service.

About the Terms of Service – Face-to-Face.

  • YEAH EDUCATION PTY is the owner of Yeah Education which operates through the website yeah.education with its head office at Corporate Centre One, Level 15/2 Corporate Ct, Bundall QLD 4217, Australia, which has several lines of business including the provision of overseas education programs, hereinafter referred to as “THE SERVICE”.
  • YEAH EDUCATION PTY, acts as a study agency, with direct agreements with educational providers worldwide, including Australia, Dubai, Canada, United Kingdom, Malta, New Zealand among others, hereinafter “THE DESTINATION”.
  • We present a brief summary of the Terms of Service – On-Site, in order to present the generalities contained in this document, therefore you should read the entirety of these Terms of Service – On-Site before accepting them in their entirety.
  • You have the freedom and right to use THE SERVICE to take the educational program subject to these Terms of Service – Classroom.
  • The acceptance of use is limited to you as a natural person, this decision is personal and non-transferable if you act on behalf of a minor, you must prove the authority for such decision.
  • The service is available to persons over 18 years of age so that you can accept these Terms of Service – Presential, understanding that if you are a minor you must request YEAH EDUCATION PTY the agreement so that your father, mother, legal guardian or similar can accept them for you.
  • By using the service, you consent to the collection, processing and use of all information related to your use of the service, which is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that you may encounter content that is objectionable to you.
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, at any time with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Service – Face-to-Face.
  • If the changes described above are material in our evaluation, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent prior to implementing such changes. Yeah Education PTY LTD expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, certain representations and warranties relating to the Service, and limits its liability with respect thereto.

Permission to use the Service; reservation of rights.

By accepting these Terms of Service – Face-to-Face, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to enter, access and use the student panel for uploading and downloading documents, your service is for personal and non-commercial use only, sharing of credentials or entry by unauthorised third parties is expressly prohibited.Likewise, information corresponding to the visa application with the immigration department of the chosen destination and other information that is part of the exclusive know-how of YEAH EDUCATION PTY is shared with you, so you declare to keep confidential and not to share information with third parties even if they are interested in taking an educational program with YEAH EDUCATION PTY, for these cases you can ask your advisor to contact this person and provide the necessary advice and information. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service – Classroom are reserved by YEAH EDUCATION PTY and its licensors, as applicable. You agree that this permission is for your personal, non-commercial use and that no one other than you will make use of the information Yeah Education PTY has provided to you. You have no rights to copy or reproduce in whole or in part any documents, forms, quotations, multimedia, or similar material, including without limitation, Yeah Education PTY content, including using the information for social networking, blogging or other similar purposes. You understand and acknowledge that, in all circumstances, your rights with respect to the Service shall be limited by applicable copyright or intellectual property laws and these Terms of Service – Face-to-Face.

Description of the Service.

YEAH EDUCATION PTY is a study agency based in the city of Gold Coast, in the state of Queensland, Australia, with agreements with educational institutions in different parts of the world including Australia, Dubai, Canada, United Kingdom, Malta, New Zealand among others, with an educational offer that covers non-academic programs such as English language programs, vocational training courses and academic courses such as higher education.

These terms determine the provision of the service for aspiring students outside the OFFSHORE territory and for aspiring or active students in the ONSHORE territory.

YEAH EDUCATION PTY acts as an intermediary between the educational provider and the student, taking care to provide complete, honest and up-to-date information.

  1. How to register?

Once you have passed the CONSULTANCY and have made the decision of initial educational program, you must request your Educational Advisor, the activation of the STUDENT PANEL, with this action, you will receive in your electronic mailbox the instructions to create your credentials, it is essential to fill out, sign and submit the CONTRACT YEAH EDUCATION – REQUEST LETTER OF OFFER together with the PDF copy of the main page of your passport through the STUDENT PANEL; and make a NON-REFUNDABLE payment of $200 AUD for courses, which will be credited towards the total cost of the programme.

NOTE: YEAH EDUCATION PTY does not charge for its intermediary services, as it is a Study Agency sponsored by the educational providers themselves, however, in the event that the student decides to cancel the process YEAH EDUCATION PTY will NOT refund the deposit, as YEAH EDUCATION PTY will not be remunerated by the educational provider.

In case the registration is made for a minor, it must be carried out by his/her parents or legal guardians.

  1. What is included in the course fee?

The programme chosen for the number of weeks selected also includes the cost of tuition at the institution and the cost of materials.

  1. What is not included in the course fee?

  1. Accommodation or lodging services for the student, nor is the air ticket included.

    Costs associated with the visa application with the migration department of the chosen destination, medical insurance, costs associated with medical examinations and biometric tests, as well as those related to internal travel in their country of origin to the city where the laboratories authorised by the government of the chosen destination are located to carry out the aforementioned tests. Costs associated with translations of documents to be submitted to the immigration department are also not included.

    Methods of payment

YEAH EDUCATION PTY accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Nextpay: We offer a convenient and secure way to make your international study payments. This is an online payment system that allows you to make transactions from anywhere at any time. Credit and debit card payments are accepted.

Students can self-manage their payments from the official yeah.education website in the “Pay Online” section.

  • Paypal: Recognised international payment platform Multiple credit and debit cards are accepted.

YEAH EDUCATON PTY assumes no responsibility for any additional costs or fees that apply to transfer or credit card payments.

Under no circumstances will payments be accepted in cash or to accounts not authorised herein. YEAH EDUCATON PTY assumes no responsibility for payments made to accounts other than those authorised.

NOTE: All payments are made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS or AMERICAN DOLLARS depending on the destination, if the educational consultant, during the consultancy process simulated the prices in your local currency, this is purely illustrative, so YEAH EDUCATION PTY must receive the agreed value in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS or AMERICAN DOLLARS depending on the destination.

The student understands and accepts that the payment instructions may contain the value to be deposited in his/her local currency with the TRM for the due date frozen for that specific date; if he/she requires to reschedule the payment for a later date than the initially agreed, he/she must bear in mind that the value to be settled is in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS or AMERICAN DOLLARS depending on the destination, so it is possible that when requesting the payment order again there may be variations in his/her local currency due to a variation in the TRM.

  1. In the event of a refund of monies paid for cancellation of the process, these will be returned in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS or AMERICAN DOLLARS depending on the destination, equivalent to the value initially paid and at no time will the local TRM influence, YEAH EDUCATION PTY, will not assume differences in exchange rates, inflation, interest or any that result from making the conversions in their local currency. These refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of each institution, however YEAH EDUCATION PTY will make the necessary arrangements to expedite the process without this generating any commitment in times other than those stipulated by each institution.

    Credit card fees will apply according to local laws and regulations.

    Payment plan

YEAH EDUCATION PTY can offer a payment plan according to the economic capacity of the student, in which he/she can make an initial deposit of no less than 20% of the total value of the program offered including the value of tuition and educational materials, to make the reservation of the educational program; the remaining 80% can be deferred in monthly or bimonthly installments until the payment of 100% of the course is completed. However, it is understood that the total value of the educational programme must be paid in full BEFORE the visa application is made to the immigration department of the destination. For late payments YEAH EDUCATION PTY reserves the right to charge a late payment fee.

Any promotional offers or discounts confirmed at the time of booking are subject to payment being made in a timely manner, and do not reduce the booking time.

Travel insurance coverage

Students enrolling with an educational provider must have medical insurance provided by an insurance company authorised by the immigration department of the destination, in compliance with the legislation of the host country government. This insurance is included in the reservation and will be part of the total amount to be paid by the student. Coverage will depend on the insurance company chosen by the student, however, in general it includes sickness and accident. The full terms of the insurance can be obtained from your advisor. A student who wishes to waive this coverage must complete the YEAH EDUCATION PTY evidence of insurance document and provide YEAH EDUCATION PTY with a copy of an alternate insurance policy in English 15 days prior to the date of payment of the final bill. In all cases the policy must be a student health policy previously authorised by the Government of the destination country.

  1. Promotions and Discounts.

If the student benefits from a discount, this offer is conditional on the date, duration and type of programme selected, as well as the other terms and conditions provided for this purpose. For the purposes of cancellation of the process and determining the amount to be refunded, the price paid will be taken without prejudice to the fact that at the time of the refund the value of the programme is higher or no discounts apply.

  1. Holidays

School holiday periods and public holidays are stipulated by the educational provider, YEAH EDUCATION PTY shall have no responsibility for rescheduling or rescheduling these periods to other dates.

  1. Timetables and attendance

Classes are offered according to the policies of each educational provider, usually in a block schedule of 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, for 4 hours a day to complete an average of 20 hours a week. Although when booking the programme the student has chosen a day (morning, afternoon or evening), it will be the educational provider who will assign the day according to the availability of the level of English that the educational provider deems appropriate. In order to obtain the course certificate and maintain migrant status, YEAH EDUCATION PTY students must have an attendance of at least 80%. The student understands and accepts that the educational institution will be obliged to report poor performance, absences or dropouts to the immigration department of the host government, which could jeopardize their immigration status.

  1. Transfers to and from the airport.

The transfer service is offered between 07:00 and 21:00 sharp. If students arrive at any other time, YEAH EDUCATION PTY can arrange a special transfer for an additional fee. YEAH EDUCATION PTY cannot give the name of the person who will meet the student on arrival. The price of this service varies according to the destination city and/or airport of arrival (the transfer is one way). NOTE: YEAH EDUCATION PTY is not responsible for delays in the transfer service due to external reasons; in cases of delay the maximum waiting time is one hour. The student is responsible for reporting any changes to their itinerary.

  1. Changes before the course start date.

Changes of destination city, course type or start date prior to departure will result in a rebooking fee of $100 AUD or Equivalent. In the event of a change of course start date, cancellation conditions will apply to the original course start date. There are no refunds for cost reductions between educational providers.

  1. Cancellation fees before the start of the programme

Cancellations must be made in writing, addressed to the General Director of YEAH EDUCATION PTY, submitted through the channel provided in paragraph 13.2 hereof; if contract, through a representative, submit the communication through the local YEAH EDUCATION PTY representative, in all cases, the Registration Fee, the tuition of the educational provider, the value of the Visa application, the values paid for medical examinations and biometrics are NOT refundable. Cancellation conditions for accommodation taken with YEAH EDUCATION PTY are communicated separately.

  • The student acknowledges that payments made to Yeah! Education are intended for the payment of services contracted by him/her, and that these payments are directed to third parties, including educational providers, the Immigration Department, insurance companies, among others. Therefore, this cancellation and refund policy acts in accordance with the policies established by the third parties receiving the payments and the terms of service detailed in this document.
  • All requests for reimbursement must be made using the form available at the following link: https://yeah.education/cancelaciones-y-reembolsos/. The student must attach a letter of request for reimbursement detailing the reasons for the request, as well as a bank certificate of the account to which the disbursement of the money is requested.
  • Yeah! Education undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to assist the student in the process of obtaining a refund, where applicable. It should be noted that each educational provider has its own cancellation policies, so students are advised to carefully review the cancellation and refund policies of the educational provider, insurance company, among others, before entering into any agreement.
  • Yeah! Education will not assume any responsibility for delays generated in the reimbursement to be made by third parties such as educational providers, the Immigration Department, insurance companies, among others, as these are beyond its control. In the event of any delay in the refund process, the agency will make every effort to assist the student in the process of obtaining the refund, but will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
  • The student understands that Yeah! Education may request any additional documents it deems relevant to process the application.
  • The student understands that the settlement of the contracted services is in Australian Dollars (AUD) or US Dollars depending on the destination, so Yeah! Education will not be responsible for differences in exchange rates, bank charges or any other related costs.
  1. Cancellation fees after the start of the course

To withdraw from the YEAH EDUCATION PTY programme, students must inform the CEO of YEAH EDUCATION PTY detailing the reasons for this decision.

YEAH EDUCATION PTY is not obligated to reimburse students whose academic programmes are terminated due to violation of YEAH EDUCATION PTY’s or the educational provider’s disciplinary and/or attendance policies or host country’s local, state or federal laws.

  1. Customer feedback

Any feedback should first be directed to the staff at the destination or to their programme advisor so that the problem can be addressed. Students who perceive that the course or other services purchased from YEAH EDUCATION PTY are not in accordance with what is offered or are not performed in accordance with the agreement should report this immediately, in writing.

  1. Student Code of Conduct

Students agree to abide by the rules of student conduct and other policies as determined by the educational provider and to comply with the laws of the host country while enrolled in YEAH EDUCATION PTY programs; ignorance of the law does not exempt them from the responsibility to maintain compliance with local regulations. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, illegal activities or behaviors that deliberately disrupt the learning environment or damage the property of educational facilities or fellow students. Students who violate this code of conduct will be expelled or suspended from the programme and no refund will be given.

The student understands that the destination is their host country and therefore they must behave decorously, not only with the educational provider, but also with their accommodation provider, in the transport system, with their employer and in general with any interaction they have in the country, this behaviour includes not engaging in illegal activities, disrespecting the symbols and culture of the host country, traffic regulations and any others that result in connection with their life in the destination.

  1. Passport and visa

Students will be responsible for having a valid passport and the visa applicable to their immigration status. The admission of the student to the destination country is an autonomous decision of the immigration authorities. YEAH EDUCATION PTY has no say in the decision of VISA approval, embassy delays and/or denial of entry to any country resulting from the stopover to reach the destination from their country of origin. YEAH EDUCATION PTY sets a minimum application period of 90 days prior to the start of the course. The student’s parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for the permission and/or mandatory legal requirements for the minor’s departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure from the country of departure.

The student understands that if he/she wishes to renew his/her visa, he/she must notify his/her advisor no less than 60 days prior to the expiration of his/her visa. YEAH EDUCATION PTY disclaims any responsibility if the student deliberately chooses not to renew his/her visa and incur an illegal immigration status.

  1. Medical and other special needs

It is the responsibility of the participant or his/her parent/guardian to inform YEAH EDUCATION PTY of any medical condition, physical limitation or special condition, including allergies, deemed relevant to participation in the programme.

  1. Price validity of quotations

The prices published in the quotations are based on the information issued by the educational providers, so they may present variations at the time of requesting the letter of offer. Likewise, you should bear in mind that they have a limited validity, so if once the quotation is received it exceeds 15 working days to start the enrolment in the programme, the validity of the prices sent must be validated again with the advisor.

  1. Personal information

Students’ personal information, such as the information provided by them on their application form, will be processed by YEAH EDUCATION PTY for the purposes of completing their booking, providing the requested products and services (including travel insurance cover), customer service or elements of services that are necessary to fulfil the contract between the student and YEAH EDUCATION PTY.

YEAH EDUCATION PTY may share students’ personal information with its corporate affiliates, claims handlers and other business partners, both within and outside Australia. YEAH EDUCATION PTY has put in place appropriate safeguards for transfers of students’ personal information outside the destination. YEAH EDUCATION PTY and its affiliates may also use students’ personal information, combined with their information obtained from third party sources, to market YEAH EDUCATION PTY’s services and products, including special promotions based on students’ interests.

At any time, students shall have the right to withdraw their consent or object to YEAH EDUCATION PTY’s use of their personal information for direct marketing purposes by contacting YEAH EDUCATION PTY at the principal address indicated as the principal place of business.


YEAH EDUCATION PTY will only retain students’ personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or in accordance with the limits stipulated by law and good market practice, unless its retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. YEAH EDUCATION PTY will retain personal information for marketing purposes until students withdraw their consent. YEAH EDUCATION PTY shall also be entitled to consult, supply, report to credit bureaus, and process the personal financial data of the student and/or his/her parents or legal guardians, as well as to carry out judicial and/or pre-judicial collections in the event of any non-compliance with payment obligations.   1. Photography and film material

The student or his/her parents/guardians agree that YEAH EDUCATION PTY may, at its sole discretion and for the purpose of promoting YEAH EDUCATION PTY’s products and services, use the photographic, film and audio material created during the student’s course, that the student creates as part of the course and uploads to YEAH EDUCATION PTY’s website or its applications or that the student uploads to social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter or similar, under the hashtag #YEAHEDUCATION and others invented or promoted by YEAH EDUCATION PTY.

  1. Responsibility and force majeure

YEAH EDUCATION PTY shall not be liable legally, or otherwise, for any loss, inconvenience, delay or failure of performance in connection with the provision of any goods and/or services due to force majeure or causes beyond the reasonable control of YEAH EDUCATION PTY, including but not limited to fire, natural disaster, acts of government, supplier or subcontractor defaults, labour disputes or civil unrest, criminal activity, terrorist or threatened terrorist activity of any kind, pandemics or public health emergencies, any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any third party or any other cause beyond the direct control of YEAH EDUCATION PTY. These conditions do not affect your rights and you may have recourse to consumer protection laws in your home country.

Spelling mistakes and typos YEAH EDUCATION PTY reserves the right to correct typographical errors and will not be bound by obvious inaccuracies.

  1. Applicable law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions of your home country or country of destination. Any controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be settled in a court located at the principal place of business of YEAH EDUCATION PTY in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

  1. Acceptance of the contract

By signing the YEAH EDUCATION CONTRACT AND REQUEST FOR LETTER OF OFFER I declare that I have read and fully accept the conditions set out herein which I found on the website https://yeah.education/terminos-de-servicio-presencial/.

I authorise YEAH EDUCATION PTY to take the necessary decisions and measures in case of an emergency, accident and/or illness.

I also authorize YEAH EDUCATION PTY to use my personal information. (The parent/guardian signature below also authorizes the student to participate in all YEAH EDUCATION PTY programs, including activities with educational providers.
