Habits That Improved My Life
A year ago, Sofia used to stay up late, scrolling on her phone for hours before bed. She felt tired all day. A friend suggested putting her phone away one hour before sleeping and reading a book instead. At first, it was hard, but after a few days, she noticed she was sleeping better, waking up with more energy, and her mood had improved.
Today, Sofia has a new habit: she goes to bed earlier, reads at least 10 pages every night, and starts her day more calmly. She says it’s a small change, but it has transformed her life.
